Monisha Jani

Updated: May 5

My name is Monisha and I am a self-taught mixed media artist from Toronto, Canada. Having grown up in London, Africa, Fiji islands, India and Canada my love for art grew tremendously. I was also greatly inspired by my mother who taught me many different art forms. I continue to be inspired by art from different parts of the world.

As an artist I work hard to create paintings that speak both to me and to others about the beauty that exists around the world.

I am most drawn to traditional art from different cultures of the world.

I use mediums such as Acrylics, modelling paste, gel medium, stencils, glitter, and recycled materials.
